As a Project Analyst II, you will lead the design, implementation, development and publication of Tableau dashboards. You will be responsible for generating performance analysis reporting for the HCM Services organization (HCM) by tapping into multiple data sources and bridging the data together to create holistic views for point in time comparison and day to day management. You will coordinate with various HCM leaders to gather requirements from these sources, verify data, analyze and prepare operations scorecards and weekly/monthly dashboards of their team’s performance. You will partner with the Business Intelligence and WorkForce Management leaders to design associate level scorecards on productivity and performance by encompassing metrics important to all stakeholders. Such reporting will be designated by the leadership for publication on a recurring frequency. You will also aggregate scorecard data at team level, function level and overall HCR COE business level, and provide reporting using automation. You will be tasked with building a recurring business summary updates for internal HCM and external reporting requirements. You will provide forecasting and modeling for the business, analyze performance trends and translate reports into areas of opportunities. You must demonstrate a strong knowledge of concepts such as data integrity, normalization and relationships (primary key relationships, foreign relationships, one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many) and create logical database/reporting design. You will work with the leadership team to manage automation assignments and projects, partner with IT to automate and improve reporting, and efficiently coordinate with HCM leaders to ensure usage of reporting tools and generation of output for scorecard and reporting needs. You’ll have the opportunity to exercise consultation functions in analyzing performance trends with minimal exceptions on suggesting effective courses of action to address gaps. You will communicate regularly with HCM leadership and various groups regarding the status of routine and non-routine deliverables, and assume a major role in the report planning and development to ensure a smooth implementation and completion of tasks. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 3-5 years progressive structured analysis or systems analyst experience. 2+ years experience in a client service organization 2+ years experience in Scenario Modeling, with a focus in Productivity, Revenue, and Costs Minimum 1 year experience using SQL to query databases, and writes scripts Ability drive and delivery statistical data analysis to executive leadership Ability to Travel (overnight) up to 25% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: BA/BS degree – major in Business or Information Sciences preferred 2+ years experience in report writing and dashboard creation within Tableau and/or Alteryx, or other similar report writing tools experience a plus Requires strong interpersonal skills, good presentation and communication skills and analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations. Some project management experience a plus
